The Flor de
Sal con olivas
This black olive salt is flavoured with the famous calamata olive. These are sun-dried and mixed with Flor de Sal to create a unique and intense flavour that adds a Mediterranean touch to all dishes especially salads and lamb. |
The Flor Mediterranea
This salt is mixed with organic aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean including rosemary, marjoram, summer savoury and thyme to create the typical aromas of Mediterranean cuisine. It is excellent with grilled meats, baked fish and fresh vegetables. |
