Since the beginning of 2003 “Gusto Mundial Balearides”, formed by Katja Wöhr and Robert Chaves, have been pioneers in the production of Flor de Sal in Spain.
Hand-harvesting to create a totally natural, pure “flower of salt”, they teamed up with Michelin Starred Chef Marc Fosh to develop a unique line of flavoured gourmet salts including black olives, hibiscus and Mediterranean herbs. |
